We love gatherings of all shapes and sizes but here at Elder Hall we prefer to focus on small, intimate engagements. The kind that allow us to truly connect with our patrons. The ones that allow us to build special menus and lasting memories. We love sharing our food with you and our team takes time and great care as we collaborate with you on your event. We offer a series of inspired menus for you to choose dishes and styles of dining. We can accommodate a host of dietary requests. We only source the best, freshest market ingredients and source locally from our friends, farmers, ranchers and purveyors. Every menu is an expression of the seasons of the great Pacific Northwest.
Our staff is happy to provide food and service for your gathering in the greater Portland area, the Willamette Valley and the coast. In fact we love Oregon so much you should include most of the state.We are happy to work with you and your team to deliver a memorable experience or utilize our in house event planner to craft an Elder Hall story. As part of our community we also work with a select group of bartending services, photographers, videographers and florists that we would be happy to suggest.
We’ve worked hard collecting Elder Hall inspired objects to help make your event a memorable one offsite. We have a number of items available in-house to rent for your special occasion. The showcase is a 12' x 18' foot Beckel Canvas tent equipped with a wood burning stove and intimate lighting. We can surround your guests with candles, earthenware ceramics, vintage table settings, linens, vintage folding school chairs, reclaimed wood farm tables and more. We will be with you from location scouting through menu planning and up until the last guest leaves the party. Let us worry about the details of your gathering so you don’t have to. We will provide delivery, set up, cleanup, service, chefs and bar staff. We are also able to coordinate rentals for you if you’d like. As a full service caterer we are able to provide everything from load in to load out and everything step in between.
