From Morocco to Marakesh, the foods of the Middle East have captured the minds and mouths of global travelers. The depth and breadth of this amazing and ancient cuisine can best be explored through the art of the mezze. Jason French will lead this class with a combination of hands on technique and demonstration. Please bring a sharp boning knife and an apron. We will feast on the mezze and some regional wine.
