We are happy to announce our Fall 2018 Food Book Fête, with Hank Shaw author of Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail! Hank is a chef, hunter, angler, forager and wild foods expert constantly on the lookout for new things to gather, catch and eat. We will be joined by friends Aaron Barnett, Carlo Lamagna, and Doug Adams.
