Like milk and cookies, peanut butter and jelly, and fish and chips – pairings at Elder Hall just might be classics in the making. We got into the spirit of collaboration by joining forces with Breakside Brewery to celebrate the 2015 Craft Brewers Conference.
Our collaborative brewers dinner featured 5 courses, 10 beer pairings and endless amounts of fun at the Hall. We didn’t call it epic proportions for nothing! Chef Jason French prepared a menu to perfectly match the night’s beer selections, featuring Jester King Brewery (Austin, TX), Melvin Brewing (Jackson, WY), Crooked Stave Artisan Beer (Denver, CO), Moody Tongue Brewing (Chicago, IL), and local favorite Breakside Brewery.
It was a memorable gathering for food and drink. We have more lively gatherings planned at the Hall. Take a look at the calendar for our latest events.
